Limited Time: Condo Near French Quarter

I had a great stay at this space! It was so conveniently located and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and it was spacious. I would definitely stay here again! Also I thought I left something there and the host went personally to check for me. 5 star service.

Damon was super accommodating to our needs and very communicative when we had questions or special requests. Very much appreciated that and the space itself was spacious and a comfy retreat from the business of the French quarter. Would book this again if we return.

Host: Damon was amazing in every respect. The communication was prompt and pleasant, and Damon was super nice agreeing to shorten my trip (which I had to do due a change of plans). Apartment: The apartment is great in every respect. It is clean, fully stocked, and has a great bed, and bathroom. Location: The surrounding area is interesting, and it is close to many things New Orleans can offer.

This was one of our best Airbnb experiences. Damon did a great job communicating with us, and we didn't even have to reach out to him once during our week long stay! The location is perfect to explore New Orleans without a car. The condo is just 3 blocks from the beautiful French Quarter area, and the streetcar line passes right outside the building. There are lots of restaurants nearby. It was also really nice to have a great restaurant downstairs so we could grab a quick dinner after a long day of exploring the city. It's also nice to be in a renovated 1800s building. The photos didn't do the place justice - it was much more spacious than we were expecting. We were traveling with a 20-month old toddler, so she had plenty of space to run around. Damon also provided a pack-n-play crib for our daughter. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The king sized bed was especially comfortable. Despite being in the heart of the city, we found it pretty quiet.

Location was awesome. Home was super clean. We had a blast. All amenities were there. Even though super close to the everything its very private. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Only negative was parking. It was $30 a day and we are Canadian so it was over $40 for us daily. Would I still pay it to stay there? YES!

The condo was GREAT! I enjoyed the 1873 building that was literally walking distance from pretty much everything. We booked on a weekend of an annual event unknowingly and you can hear outside activities but honestly, this condo was not only reasonable in PRICE but it was beautiful as well. It’s definitely the place to stay if you plan to explore New Orleans in all its rich history, food and culture for hours and come back to a comfy king sized bed. I booked during a huge event and it was rather loud sometimes (didn’t bother me) but when it was over, it was normal downtown sounds. The hosts filled you in with everything you needed to know to finding your temporary home location, parking, access codes, rules and cell numbers. I would DEFINITELY book here again!!

Very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay in NOLA with a baby. This place is a nice home-y dependable home base to explore NOLA, and well managed.

Great place to stay when in NOLA. The place is full of characters and quirks and also spacious for my friend and I. I enjoyed my stay and will be back again!

Great place, we really enjoyed our stay. The space was very clean and homey! Only thing that sucked was parking. The app for the meters out front is horrible and won’t let you add time with your phone and is a huge hassle. I would definitely recommend one of the garage the host has listed to have a easier way of parking. The parking obviously not being the hosts fault. Would definitely stay again!

Notre séjour de 13 jours a été une réussite en parti grâce à ce logement très bien situé. Nous étions au cœur des festivités de la rue Bourbon sans les inconvénients du bruit. Damon est un super hôte, très réactif. Les équipements sont remarquables et on a tout le confort pour se préparer des repas. Je recommande vivement! Et si par bonheur je revenais à la Nouvelle Orléans! Je choisirai évidemment de revenir chez Damon!
