We always have a great time when we stay here in NOLA. The place is clean and as advertised. The home is in a great location to walk to great restaurants and breweries. Our host was very responsive when we had a slight issue with the house. The problem was solved in minutes. I would highly recommend staying here whenever you get a chance to visit.

Perfect in every way - excellent location, gorgeous apartment filled with light, beautifully decorated with a very comfy bed, lots of linens and towels, extremely well equipped kitchen, and a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Nice tv. Right downtown but absolutely silent. This place EXACTLY matched the description and photos. Very kind and flexible host who dealt with my date changes immediately and positively. Completely worth the price. Best airbnb in NOLa. Look no further than!

Great place to stay to explore NOLA. Fantastic location, close to everything and only a couple blocks and you’re on bourbon street. Great places nearby for meals as well. Comfortable spacious apartment and it was very clean on check in.

We had 7 people with us on this trip the house was so spacious some days I didn’t even see some of them! Water was hot and stayed hot/ even with seven people. Great time in NOLA- thank you!!

This place was phenomenal. I will totally stay here again in the future. The neighborhood is very walkable, even to the quarter, and the included parking is a huge bonus. This property is a gem if you are into staying at a real historic property in New Orleans yet the building is quiet enough to really relax when you need it. Damon is more than accommodating and very responsive. Ten out of ten so far as I am concerned.

The convention center condo was a great stay and Damon was really accommodating for our last minute booking. The space feels larger than the picture and being above a business was great because it was silent after business hours. As many mentioned, it is an old building which comes with the expected quirks, but its excellently taken care of. Location in the warehouse is convenient to get around town and the parking was very necessary. The walk to the lot isn't bad, though the space is a little dark so discovering at night took a little figuring out. Would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this location! Although not far from the French Quarter, it is a healthy distance away, allowing for a quiet nights sleep. Damon also promptly responded to my questions.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with an Airbnb apartment. The location of the apartment allowed me to take full advantage of both the Canal Street and St. Charles Streetcars, and it was very easy to secure an Uber ride to various music venues, restaurants, and historical locations in New Orleans. The bed was comfortable, the living room, TV, kitchen, and bathroom not only met, but exceeded my expectations! We've been coming to New Orleans since 1980, often staying in hotels in the French Quarter and on Canal Street. But the Airbnb apartment at 339 Carondelet St felt way more upscale than any of the hotels we previously stayed in. Damon and his associates worked with me to make my stay perfect in every way. They were flexible with Check-In and Check-Out times, and this enabled me to take full advantage of my time in the Crescent City. I certainly hope to stay here the next time I'm in the wonderful city of New Orleans!

In our opinion the apartment was HUGE, it had exactly the rustic flare we wanted. The king bed was to die for! There were lots of towels in the bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked, huge closet to store everything in the king bedroom, even with washer and dryer. Any time I had a question or request Damon and his team were quick to respond, including giving us great brunch recommendations...Ruby Slippers was our fav.

Over the years we have stayed at many ABBs in the CBD and this is our new favorite. Love the historical vibe and how so many things are within walking distance. Hoping to stay again next time we are in town.
