Damon’s place was awesome, the exposed brick and beams were very cool, and the place was extremely spacious. The parking was super easy and the location was great for what we needed.

This place was perfect for our group of 9 down playing softball. So much within walking distance. They were super responsive when one of the barstools were loose. They had it fixed almost immediately. The hot tub was great and the whole house spacious with everything we needed. We would love to stay again next time we play down in NOLA.

A fantastic location, so easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. Only a few minutes from Bourbon Street, but a very peaceful apartment. Parking easy in the nearby public garage. Much more preferable than a hotel room. Nice light airy space to sit in and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a place to stay in NO.

We had seven of us stay during Mardi Gras and it was the perfect size for us. One of The parade routes went right by the house and you could see it from the back patio. Neighborhood felt safe and the grocery store is right next to it. Great stay!

As a native New Orleanian who now lives elsewhere, this is our favorite spot to book when we're back in the city. It has a great central location, and an included parking spot which is exceedingly rare for New Orleans. We've stayed here multiple times over the past few years and the host is always very responsive, check in is easy, check out tasks are minimal and very reasonable. This property is a lovely historic home, representative of the area, very well maintained and updated. All of the units are quite spacious and comfortable. We will continue to check availability at this property first when we come back to the city.

Damon’s Airbnb is the perfect spot for exploring New Orleans. Once we arrived, we did not have to move our car or Uber anywhere within the city. This made our Mardi Gras experience one of the best. ❤️✨

Me and my family recently booked here and throughly enjoyed our stay. There ended up being space for everyone to be able to relax and not be all on top of each other. We loved the area and proximity to other NOLA stables!

We had a great stay at this New Orleans Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to plenty of stores and amazing places to eat, which made getting around super convenient. The house was very clean, well-kept, and had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans.

Exactly like the description! Great for a friend’s Mardi Gras trip. Not the safest area, but fine for a group. Walkable to magazine st and all the parade routes. Note- the Airbnb is between the parade route and where the Mardi Gras floats line up, but there wasn’t any trouble getting to/from the highway!
