Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Welcome to Mid-City, one of New Orleans' most beloved neighborhoods and centered on City Park, with its wide green space, botanical garden, and boating on Big Lake. The 2.6-mile Lafitte Greenway runs nearby, a dedicated walking and biking path that gets you from the door to the French Quarter in about fifteen minutes by Blue Bike. The Canal streetcar and Bayou St. John are close by as well. The area is famous for its historic cemeteries at Canal Street and City Park Avenue, some of the oldest in the city, with dramatic above-ground architecture worth a visit. Mid-City is known for laid-back bars and standout local food. A few favorites within easy reach: Parkway Bakery for classic po-boys, Toups Meatery for Cajun cooking, Mandina's and Liuzza's for Creole-Italian, Ralph's on the Park by City Park, and MOPHO for a modern Vietnamese-Creole spin. Second Line Brewing and Bayou Beer Garden are great for a relaxed drink, and The Station or Church Alley for coffee.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire 3,000+ sq. ft. home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living spaces.
