The convention center condo was a great stay and Damon was really accommodating for our last minute booking. The space feels larger than the picture and being above a business was great because it was silent after business hours. As many mentioned, it is an old building which comes with the expected quirks, but its excellently taken care of. Location in the warehouse is convenient to get around town and the parking was very necessary. The walk to the lot isn't bad, though the space is a little dark so discovering at night took a little figuring out. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! Not only was the space beautiful and clean, both the condo and the parking garage were very secure! This location was centrally located, we walked to both the riverfront and the quarter every day. An added bonus - it was really simple to get to from the highway and avoided a lot of the downtown traffic. Would highly recommend!

We came for the New Orleans Film Festival, and absolutely loved this vintage space, with its high ceilings and courtyard lounge, squeaky steps, soft bed and sheets, and perfect location! An unforgettable weekend in NOLA.

looking for an historic stay with in walking distance to the trolly, close enough to the action but not on it, then this is for you. It was a spacious and clean space and had a New Orleans esthetic. Tons of great restaurants and shops with in a few miles. Those w/mobility issues - this space requires you to walk up a large flight of stairs. Parking- can be confusing, and also become a mobility issue if you can’t walk very far. While you are parking in an enclosed garage - it is not attached to property. It is on the back side of property, facing another street. Then you walk to either the backside gate or around to front of building. Not a *Huge* issue for us but could be for some. Host extremely nice & responsive!
