This was the perfect place to stay. The location was close to Bourbon Street without being in the noise and bustle, was a short Uber ride to the WWll museum, the French Market, great restaurants and more. We felt safe because of the coded entry in to the building plus into the apartment. Having the laundry in the location itself was a big plus. It gets hot and muggy in NOLO. We were able to reduce our luggage size because we could clean our clothes and not take so many with us. If I ever have the need to return, I will certainly look here first.

Everything about this place was phenomenal! It's very close to the French Quarter AND the Superdome, so pretty walkable for those who are able. The home is gorgeous with its tall ceilings, open concept, and cute charm. It had everything we needed and more. (I will say that we did prefer to take our own shower products.) We did have a tiny issue with the TV volume, but they responded and acted so quickly! The issue was beautifully handled as this wasn't something that they could have controlled beforehand. Overall, we highly recommend and will 1000% be staying here in the future!

The accommodation is perfect for a stay in the heart of the city. The area is quiet and safe. All important locations are within easy walking distance. The accommodation is very clean and well equipped. Access is easy. There is a parking space right next to the house. Communication with the hosts was warm and prompt. I can recommend this accommodation for city travelers who want to explore New Orleans at their own pace. The accommodation is not wheelchair accessible.

Great place to stay at. Convenient location to local restaurants and bars. Easy to get around and the place was super nice. Spacious and comfortable to stay at for the 4 nights we were there. Damon was a great host. Responded almost right away and helped answer every question we had. Easy to check in and check out. Highly recommend this place. 5 stars for sure.

We had a great time at our stay! The house was huge enough for 10 people, and our host was super helpful with all our questions. We’ll definitely book again when we’re planning another big trip to New Orleans.

Our stay here was fantastic!!!! This airbnb was a traditional New Orleans home, giving it a quirky feel and a completely new and fun experience. Damon was really accusative too!!!

I’m losing count of how many times we’ve stayed here since our first stay in 2020. It’s the only place we stay in NOLA which should say a lot about this location. The house is beautiful and the back deck with hot tub is very private. For those needing it, the WiFi is fast and reliable. And if that’s not enough, you’re close to the French Quarter and Garden District. Even City Park and The Audubon Zoo are less than 30 minutes with traffic. This place is truly a Gem.

Echoing many of the other reviews. The location is great and walking distance from the French Quarters. It was near a little park which was great for my pet. The bed was seriously amazing and I was sad to be leaving it! The street is far enough away from the hustle and bustle there was no noise keeping us up at night. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the place. It was very comfy and felt like home. The location was perfect and made my birthday vacation even better. It was super close to everything but yet quiet enough. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting New Orleans. Thank you Damon for a phenomenal experience as this was my first time in New Orleans 🫶🏽
