New Orleans Vacation Destination

This is the only place we will stay in New Orleans. It’s close to fine dining, the French Quarter, and The Garden District. City park and The Audubon Zoo are about a ten minute drive. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and, of course, the hot tub on the very private back deck perfect after a day of exploding the City. Bottom line, this was our fifth or sixth stay at this location. Need I say more.

We loved staying in this historic home! I love that they listed the history of them home. The house was beautiful and clean. I will definitely visit again and recommend.

I really enjoyed the place. It was very comfy and felt like home. The location was perfect and made my birthday vacation even better. It was super close to everything but yet quiet enough. I had a great stay at this space! It was so conveniently located and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and it was spacious. I would definitely stay here again! Also I thought I left something there and the host went personally to check for me. 5 star service.

What a beautiful historic home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for our trip. Just a short Uber to the places we wanted to go. Parking in the secure garage was easy and right outside the back courtyard gate made it very convenient. The St. Charles Street Car is only a few blocks away and was a beautiful ride. All communication was quick and professional. We had a wonderful stay will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful place to stay !! Great location too. Since this is such a quiet place, our stay was extra nice. This is a beautiful home that has wonderful surprises that you don't find everywhere. It is an historic home that is filled with charm and beauty. The flooring and brickwork is so elegant. Our pups enjoyed their stay too. I really enjoyed the whirlpool bath after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this unique home to anyone visiting New Orleans.

Wir waren zu einem Kongress im Convention-Center und hätten keine bessere Unterkunft haben können! Perfekte Lage mit Parkplatz vor der Tür, 12min zu Fuss zum Convention-Center, 10min zu Fuss zum riesigen Walmart. Im Haus alles was man braucht, alles sauber, bequeme Betten. Und dazu ein super Weber-Grill und wunderbarer Whirlpool. Wir sind schweren Herzens abgefahren und würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

For anyone visiting NOLA, this is THE perfect spot to stay. It's walking distance to everything - from Cafe du Monte to Bourbon Street and everything else you'd want to see or do. Plus, the surrounding neighborhood is clean, quiet, safe, and has a lot of delicious spots for every meal. And the space itself is incredibly spacious, bright (high ceilings, large windows), and VERY comfortable. Damon and his team are super responsive, thoughtful, kind, and provide clear instructions on getting into the space, which again, is pretty spectacular. Enjoy!

Damon was super accommodating to our needs and very communicative when we had questions or special requests. Very much appreciated that and the space itself was spacious and a comfy retreat from the business of the French quarter. Would book this again if we return.

This was the perfect location for us on Super Bowl weekend! Stylish Warehouse Escape was just that - a cozy retreat in the middle of the city but easily walkable to the World War II Museum( a must see and don’t miss the film!), the Super Dome, Riverwalk, and French Quarter. It felt very safe, especially with multiple but very user friendly front gate and door locks. Inside we felt very at home - bedrooms well situated for privacy and quiet. TV and WiFi easily accessed and worked great! If you are arriving for a big event , we recommend reserving an Uber from the airport beforehand to avoid very long taxi lines. Damon was a great host! Very responsive to our questions prior to arrival. We appreciate the local New Orleans treats left for us! We highly recommend Damon’s place if you are looking for accommodations reflecting the character of the city, safe, but a bit off the beaten path ! Thank you!
